We accept Paypal, Bank Deposit/Netbanking, Cheques, Money Orders, and VISA / Mastercard / AMEX from Australian banks for delivery orders.
Please use Paypal if you can, because it's secured against fraud. Credit cards usually require a lot more time to verify when sent to home addresses (due to so many fraud attempts), which will extend your order processing time.
Unlike most others, we have no surcharge for accepting Paypal or credit cards, and all orders are automatically insured for no extra charge.
Bank Deposit/Netbank
Deposits/Netbank is available for delivery orders. It usually takes 1 working day for the banks to clear the funds into our account - weekend deposits are available to us the following Tuesday. Credit Cards
There is no surcharge for paying by credit card. VISA, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards are charged at the time your order is placed - the payment gateway will return a result immediately. We do not store any credit card information on our site, at all. Sorry, Diners Club cards is not accepted, due to high merchant fees. Credit card charges will appear on your statement as SB Technology Pty Ltd, Alexandria. We may need to call you during business hours to verify the card, so please make sure your phone number is attended. Non-Australian cards, and credit-card orders that request shipping to home addresses will require additional verification.
