Terms and Conditions

Prices and order acceptance

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars, are subject to change without notice, and include Australian 10% GST. We are a Tax Registered Business (ABN: 26 073 433 299) and will provide a tax invoice with all goods sold. The shopping cart will display the total (inc GST) price. Your order-confirmation e-mail will also show the inc-GST total, and you will receive a final Tax Invoice from us once we have accepted your order and shipped it.

Prices change from time to time; we do endeavour to be accurate, and we will contact you if a price has changed significantly from our published price when you place your order - please note that an order is an offer to purchase, and does not constitute a binding contract until it is accepted by us - we acknowledge acceptance of your offer by shipping your order - Errors and Omissions are Excepted.

 

Returns Policy

Please research the products carefully before placing an order. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrectly chosen goods or if you change your mind after we have shipped the goods. If you return goods to us for a incorrectly-chosen/change-of-mind refund, we may only offer to accept them at our discretion, and a minimum restocking charge of 15% plus freight will be applied to any refund request.

We can't be responsible for your choice of product, and we are unable to provide any advice as to product compatability and suitability for your purposes.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The following rights are available to the original purchasers of the goods:

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced or repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by manufacturer-refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Manufacturer-refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

For parts tested to have manufacturing defects a short period after their invoice date (DOA), we will replace them from our stock where possible, or offer you a refund/exchange for similar goods. Goods that have had a fair amount of use are entitled to be repaired.


If replacement or repair by manufacturer is not possible, a refund or exchange for similar goods will be offered, however if the goods have had a fair amount of use, we may deduct a ACCC-allowed restocking charge from any refund/exchange offer made.

We do not send out replacement parts in advance of receiving the original parts back for testing - please buy from a vendor that offers on-site advance hardware replacement service contracts if you need this level of service.

Warranty is available for the original purchasers only, to prevent disputes over who owns the goods - please do not give your login to anyone you might sell used goods to!

 

Shipping

We ship to all destinations in AUSTRALIA ONLY, using a number of Courier services, such as Australian Air Express, Toll-Ipec, Express Post, and Go Logistics. Shipping costs are calculated by the checkout. All orders are automatically insured against loss - there is no surcharge for insurance. We do not allow pickups from the warehouse, due to security concerns and too many uncollected orders.

What if I have given you a wrong shipping address, eg mistake in street number or postcode?

If we have not yet shipped your order, login and message us from your order, and we can correct the address. If the order has already been handed to a courier, we will try to get it re-directed, or returned to us, but we can not accept any liability, or offer any refund/replacement, should the parcel fail to be delivered to you as a result of an incorrectly-given address.

Please make sure you give us an address that's always attended in the daytime - the courier requires a signature, so your workplace is usually the best choice. We can only ship items below 500grams to PO Boxes, and PO Box orders may require additional credit-card verification via pre-authorisation with a random amount.

We can only ship items below 500grams to PO Boxes, items heavier than 500grams are shipped with a person-to-person courier service that requires a signature on delivery, so do not use Parcel Locker or PO Boxes as your shipping address for items larger than 500Grams (pretty much anything except Riitek mini-keyboards).

Please note: If you give us an unattended address, and your parcel is sent with Startrack, they will redirect it to the post office for an additional $9.90 charge. If your parcel is bulky and has been sent with Toll Ipec Road Freight, they will redeliver for $19.80. We will deduct these redelivery charges for unattended addresses from your credit card after delivery.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the shopping cart up to 200KG - orders with more than 200KG weight will require us to manually work out the cost for you. If you check out with an order of more than 200KG weight, we will email you with the correct cost of shipping that will need to be paid before we can accept your order. The product weight we display is the "cubed" shipping weight that the couriers use to calculate shipping costs, and is not the bare product's actual dead weight.
